What's the difference between the first-year price and the renewal?
The first-year price covers designing and building your website, plus your first year of domain, hosting, business email and care. After that, the yearly renewal keeps your domain, email, hosting, security and backups running — and includes small updates and support.
Who owns the domain?
You do. Your domain is registered with your business's legal details, not mine.
Do I need to write the content?
Yes — you supply the text, logo and photos. I'll add them, format and proofread them. On Launch, I'll also help organise your content into pages at setup — and on Established Business, I help organise your content once a month.
How long does it take?
Most websites take a few weeks from the day I receive your content, depending on the package and how quickly feedback comes in. I'll give you a timeline before we start.
What counts as a "small update"?
Changing text, swapping images, updating prices, opening hours or contact details. New pages or new features are quoted separately.
What if I need more than 20 pages?
The Established Business package covers up to 20 personalised pages. Beyond that, extra pages are added in blocks of 6 for GH₵250 per block.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. You can move up to a bigger package at any time — you only pay the difference for the extra work.
Can I accept payments on my website?
Online payments, shopping carts and booking systems aren't part of the standard packages, but I can build them — ask for a custom quote.
